Aap Jab bhi Saath Saath Chale...
Palkon Pe naye naye khwab chale...
Jahan Ko Jab... Aftaab utare...
Aap Mein Koi..Mahtaab Chale...
Katl-e-adaa bhi khoob rahi..
muskuraye..aur karke aadaab chale...
Jab aapka zikr-e-shabaab chale...
Badan mein mere..ek rubaab chale...
Tere Saaye ko.. Paane ke liye...
Hum Umr-Bhar.. Behisaab chale...
Har Din Guzrein..meri..aanhon mein...
Har Shab..Daur-e-Sharaab chale...
Nigaah-e-yaar se..shaad ho gaye...
Ab chale jo bhi..azaab chale...
Ek Umr tumhare..sawaalon ki...
Ek raat bhar..ab jawaab chale...
Raah-e-Ishq pe.. rakhkar kadam...
Aap Banke..Jahan-e-arbaab chale...
In Lafz-O-Nazm ki duniya mein..
Hum Hote Roz.. Kharaab chale....

Read something good recently
----------------------------
- There is a pleasure in the pathless woods,
- There is a rapture on the lonely shore,
- There is a society, where none intrudes,
- By the deep sea, and music in its roar;
- I love not man less, but nature more,
- From these our interviews, in which I steal
- From all I may be, or have been before,
- To mingle with the universe, and feel
- What I can never express, yet cannot all conceal.
--- Lord Byron
Mitra

'Nigah-e-yaar se shaad ho gaye, ab chale jo bhi azaab chale' is easily the best verse! Vahin end karna chahiye tha. Didnt like "Raah-e-ishq.." & "In lafzon-nazm..", these somehow don't belong.
ReplyDeleteThe Byron poem quoted by Mitra Sir is amazing. Although he ends with 'What I can never express', this poem is a lovely and clear expression of what is mostly a vague feeling.
